Just thought I'd add my 2 cents. :) I love WC05, looking forward to WC.net. Here's the things I miss/would like to see.
* file manager... please?
* project to-do list
* import colors from stylesheets for project
* export program settings for use on other computers - convenient when you've customized your tag highlight colors
* continuously highlighted brackets when your cursor is within that function/propery/tag

fixes:
* the code-folding doesn't seem to work consistently when I switch between different pages I'm working on - sometimes it shows, sometimes it doesn't. Even if I turn it off, it will sometimes be on again when I restart
* some crashes here and there - only one I can remember specifically has to do with putting up a bunch of user defined tag buttons and it would continuously crash - had to reset all toolbars & start again
* for whatever reason, sometimes the intellisense just does... nothing. I have to hit ctr-space to get it to pop up

That's about it. Good luck on your work.

Kasper,

Here's a couple things I miss; the more stars, the more I miss it. :)

* The files panel
** The project to-do list
* The automatically highlighted (light grey) backgrounds for any echo/variable statements in PHP - I couldn't figure out how to do this in WebPAD
** Auto-add colors from project stylesheets
* separators for the toolbars
* ability to make the auto-hide toolbars immediately hide
** PHP/MYSQL tabs

Things I'd *love* to see in WebCoder.NET

*** auto-highlighting the brackets - not just when you click right next to them, but anytime the cursor is within that function - WeBuilder has this, and it is *very* helpful
*** tag breadcrumb trail - used in 1stPage - also is very helpful when you have many nested tags/functions

That's about it. Good luck in your progress! By the way, as far as the image explorer is concerned.. I don't use it all that much, but if it were implemented better, I likely would. I love the idea of it inserting a thumbnail for the image. However, to make it *very* useful, make it a tab panel, like the file explorer. A popup window is awkward and unintuitive; the same goes for the color palette - an inline panel/toolbar would be *much* better as how it is now, I don't even use it at all.

Hi Tobias,

No problem at all, and thank you for the kind words. I think WebPad.NET turned out pretty good as well, but there's always room for improvements :). Be sure to let me know if there's anything else you want me to look into for the coming release :)

Okey, Im sorry, I dont think I actually ment many. Ment more like so simple bugs, like the validation of files and syntax coloring, they would be so easy to find if weŽd only thought about it =)

And as a first app on a new framework its very well made, so Im sorry for my last comment!

Hi Tobias,

I don't really think that a lot of bugs made it through to the final version. I've only heard from a couple of people, reporting minor bugs, after the final release. But as we all know, a 100% bug-free application is not really possible :). If you do find any problems, be sure to let me know, so I can look into it for the upcoming release.

Hi,
Its to bad so "many" bugs passed through the beta testing =( But its a new framework and all so I guess well have to live with it (until update ;-)
One bug is that when you choose to validate the code, then make changes and try to validate it again it validates the old file even if you save it.

Another bug that Ive mentioned before is the syntax coloring, if you for example print ?> in a string it thinks php ends even though its a php function echoing it for example.

IŽll return when I remember the rest =/
